K. Hayes Limited has completed multiple Design and Build projects. K.Hayes Limited coordinates with Architectural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural Engineering services for a complete design. Once Design plans and Specifications are completed, K.Hayes Limited can provide a fixed, firm price for construction. This Design/Build construction process by K.Hayes Limited allows the Owner to fast-track projects while closely controlling costs.

Project Estimating

K. Hayes provide construction and engineering cost estimation for our clients with detailed quantity takeoffs and pricing from a construction project’s conception phase to closeout.

Project Accounting

We provide accounting that includes Receivables and Payables. Strengthen your competitive position with accurate project accounting and a sound financial strategy.

Project Management

We will supervise and manage contractors and laborers, meet with architects, key employees, and civil engineers on projects or upcoming builds. We will address emergencies, work delays, or other problems that affect the construction project.

Project Costing

We will assist in provide cost estimates to complete project by reviewing the scope of the project, determining costs of labor, equipment, materials, professional services, and software & hardware.

Project Safety Plan & Coordination

We’ll work closely with your team on your construction project, taking seriously the responsibility for safety planning and coordination to ensure the health and safety of your employees, as well as ensuring that all legislative responsibilities are met and due-diligence is accomplished.

Project Scheduling

From professional construction scheduling services to estimating and risk analysis, we will help you streamline your project for improved revenue and on-time delivery.

These services are provided for a set fee or percent of the construction cost. Contracts may have a “not to exceed” or “fee at risk clause”.
